There are plans afoot to reuse the old CE depot. The accepted plans for a vehicle dealers include the retention of the frontage brickwork, the repainting and retention of the "MidlanD" signage, and the reinstatement of the flagpole.
All looks good.
Anyone know how the Southgates (SS) development is going please?
Thanks
Chris

According to PSV Circle News Sheet 856-4-137, Coalville (Ashby Road) depot closed 26/03/11 with vehicles transferring to either Burton or Thurmaston garages. There is also mention that a small number of buses were out-stationed in the premises of Roberts Coaches, Midland Road, Hugglescote. Was this just a short term arrangement by Arriva to cover contracted services?
