Re: Birmingham services
Possibly. Lea Hall took on the 163, 169 and 193 when Moseley Road and Sheepcote Street closed in 1975. If WMPTE 3747 had a blind showing the correct destination, it almost certainly was at Lea Hall at the time and the photo could be dated to some time between 1975 and 1977.iansdavies wrote: ↑12:20 Tuesday 4th April 2017i spotted a wmpte bus with the registration kox747f on the 193 im thinking this photo was taken before 1976 might this vehicle be operating at lea hall at the time![]()
If the blind was blank, it was probably on loan to Moseley Road, Sheepcote Street or perhaps Sutton.

I'll have a go at answering the routes part of your question.iansdavies wrote: ↑18:08 Thursday 6th February 2020hello lads ,at what times did sutton garage do their duties on routes 163 169 and 193 i know digbeth and sheepcote street did duties and what was the weekly driving hours in 1969 thanks .
I don't know when Sutton garage started to participate on the 163, 169 and 193 - maybe from when the services started in 1967-68. Sutton also participated in other Chelmsley Wood ara services, such as the 194. This continued into PTE days and I believe it ended when Sheepcote Street and Moseley Road garages closed in late 1975.
