Same issue... I think this link is trying to log people in to your personal Flickr account. I'm guessing you have copied and pasted it from the URL bar while you have been logged in.

Re: Temporary allocations - when new

I would love to say I spent hours looking through pages of info for you, but the truth is I stumbled across that info by chance while looking for something completely unrelated!

Re: BMMO S23 5941

Thanks for that 943KHA. I would imagine that because the museum already has working example(s) of S23 the restoration of another one would have been deferred for something more "rare", so letting someone else have a go was probably a good move.

Horsencart... your link doesn't work :(

Re: Temporary allocations - when new

After a little more digging, it seems 654 and 655 were officially unallocated or "float vehicles" when new in September 1977, but as per your observations both found their way to Evesham depot. Both were allocated to Coalville when 657 and 658 arrived.

BMMO S23 5941

I have been told that BMMO S23 fleet number 5941 (UHA941H) has been sold by BAMMOT. This vehicle is/was not part of their working fleet as I understand the engine is knackered, but is historically significant as it was the last bus to have both the chassis and bodywork built in-house by Midland Red....

Re: FMR: Refurbs and Repaints

53049 is indeed back on the road today in the new livery. Looks to be working the 30/31 circuit.

Red Mildland... Your dad is driving. Did he not offer to swap with you?

Re: FMR: Tridents Going to Kernow?

33043 is out in service today, but 33042 is still in the depot with the engine in bits.

Re: Service 44

I've been to Malvern today, and as a passenger for a change. I've always said the Malvern services are confusing and I managed to prove myself right by getting on the wrong bus! I caught the 1402 Service 44C to Great Malvern without problem and made good use of the free Wi-Fi during the journey. My ...

Re: FMR: Tridents Going to Kernow?

Just caught a 32 from my home off Bath Road to the City and saw 33039 heading the other way so that is still on the road. Called in the depot to see the boss and 33043 was parked outside nose-in which is normally a bad sign, and 33042 was parked inside with work being done on the engine. Bumped into...
