Re: Double Deckers
Do I remember there being vehicles on loan in Manchester from First following the depot sales which are due to be returned, maybe some of these will provide either elsewhere in the group or directly to Leicester or Worcester (can’t remember what vehicles were involved.) I may be completely off piste...

Re: FMR Changes from Jan 2020.
Maybe with recent Bromsgrove rail improvements it would be sensible to route the Bromsgrove terminating 144 to go that little bit further and terminate at the station after going through town, that way giving a direct link to cross city services for those not close to other stations? Or is that the ...

Re: "along the Salt Road" !
Observations of 144 today when I’ve seen buses both while I was in Birmingham and on my way after work between Bromsgrove and Droitwich. A spare bus (didn’t see fleet number) seen on Bristol St Birmingham going out of town at around 13.40 On my way home, an empty 33405 only just leaving Bromsgrove a...

Re: "along the Salt Road" !
What does it do? Well they didn't warn the drivers the system was live so on the first day it was quite successful in giving one driver the shock of his life! It uses the GPS signal from the ticket machine to work out which stop is next and announce the names of the bus stop as the vehicle approach...

Re: FMR: Refurbs and Repaints
In a similar manner to Kingfisher branding for route 32 in Staffordshire, no visible First branding, are they ashamed of the company name or something
Could be confusing for those with city wide First tickets if they don’t know!

Re: My Ideal/Future FMR Fleet List
In terms of ‘Dream Fleets’ are there any members who would prefer to see some of the VX54/05 E300s which went to Stoke not that long ago come back to Worcester? (Maybe in place of the OGI Citaros given their age, or just for nostalgia reasons given they were new to FMR)

Train Rattles
Elsewhere on the forum there have been comments about bus build quality and rattles, this is the train interior rattle rant! Travelling on a cross city 323 earlier today for the first time in a long time it was noticable how solid and non-rattling these trains are given they’re over 25 years old! (A...

Re: First Group to be split and sold off.
Do I remember seeing suggestions from other forum members that National Express may be interested or just that they may be a good alternative?

Re: Citaro woes.
Maybe we should start an online petition to city/county council somewhere/somehow. As i have ommented previously I don't think much of the disparity where it seems that dirty buses get palmed off on areas that haven't got CAZ or similar in place.
