I see the bus was in Tanhouse Lane, Redditch and that the fire in the engine was 'out on arrival' so probably no great harm done.

Does that mean there are green buses elsewhere once again making a point that route branding isn’t worth it, esp. if they don’t stick to route! ;) Is there any evidence that it is actually worth doing- in terms of increased passenger numbers? As others have said, surely what they need is a comforta...

Just hope that if the Tories are re-elected they don't pull a similar fast one on bus operators that they did on the BBC when they got them to fund the over 75s free TV licences! I'm just amazed they seem to be getting away with it.

I'd be interested to hear more about just how much Worcs CC subsidises the concessionary journeys.
