Re: 47515
Yes, good news, it came in tonight and it appears to have sorted itself out. I was going to change the adblu pump tonight but the driver that brought it in said it has been flying along and it's a really nice bus to drive. That's saved me a job and the company a few hundred quid. And I managed to sq...

Re: 47515
Yes, it's been off the road with a broken crankshaft and cracked cylinder block. I've rebuilt the engine with a used block and crank, new pistons, bearings etc. Finished it last night. It's got an adblu dosing fault at the moment which needs to be sorted and she'll be back on the road.

Re: FMR: Refurbs and Repaints
We have lots of kit but group policy is that we now only use Jaltest diagnostic thingy. It's a good bit of equipment but its fairly limited in what it can do.

Re: FMR: Refurbs and Repaints
53062 is in the queue to be done but the bodyshop guys have been a bit short staffed and busy sorting out quite a bit of accident damage. They've also been busy sorting out the older Citaros that are needing mot testing. 53802 has a random electrical fault that seems to normally happen when it gets ...

Re: FMR: Refurbs and Repaints
53155 has turned out to be a Turkey made from several different donor buses, none of which were really suitable. It does run now but unfortunately whoever decided to rewire it using an unsuitable wiring loom failed to notice that the Mercedes diagnostic socket was missing and there doesn't appear t...

Re: DD12 Revival
The Daimler now has new throttle master and slave cylinders along with it's new hose, entrance doors that work ( not properly yet, but working), working low air pressure gauges, new low air switches which give yet to wire up to the warning lamps but I'm on it. I've done a few other bits and Bob's bu...

Re: Worcester Fleet Movements mid/late 2019
Its on loan whilst another vehicle, I think it is one of the grey Citaros, is away for exhaust modification. Looking on the bus tracker, it shows 64014 as out of service whereas both the grey ones are in service (today), -- could it be possible that THIS (old) Citaro is being converted to Euro6 ? -...

Re: FMR: Refurbs and Repaints
I was told today that the second bus to get Riverside branding was to have been 53155, but this has been very unreliable and will probably end up going for scrap. Because of this they are currently undecided which bus will be the next for paint. That’s a shame about 53155 as that would go nicely wi...

Re: 66691 rear suspension collapse?
It lost its gears again... I went out to it that night armed with another gearbox ECU borrowed from 66694 and got it back
