I took a short ride on 67438 this morning. The bus appeared to be in decent condition - and still has the illuminated screen inside welcoming passengers boarding the Traws Cymru T1 service.

It has also ventured north on the 144 in recent days.

Worcester could possibly get the "batch" of these E300's from 'Wales' .

Fingers crossed, this might be the first of many (but I’m not holding my breath).

There has been a message posted on Tony Hunters WM Bus Photo Forum suggesting "more to follow".

Maybe to replace the Centro's as they are 42 seaters ?? Like the imitation Diamond Bus livery.

Will this ££££ result in some new [or newer] buses ??

Former Diamond Bus Volvo B7 30858 which started life at Redditch as a Red Diamond vehicle has moved back to the West Midlands and is running from Kidderminster Depot. The vehicle is in Preston Bus livery with Diamond North West Fleet names. Thanks for the info. I will look out for it !! I wonder ho...

Sort of related I guess , Local news reports say the Wyre Forest District Council have purchased the bus station in Kidderminster and the Grade two listed building next to it - that will make one heck of a waiting room . . . .
