Worcester have picked up a Rail Replacement contract between Worcester (both stations) and Malvern (also both stations) on Sunday 25th June and 2nd July 2017. These will be worked using the Volvo single-deck buses. There is also some work for the coach running between Evesham and Hereford.

I think they are just pot luck at the moment. Maybe someone can correct me on that.

Rumour in the canteen that the deal has fallen through. I'll try and find a more reliable source to confirm if this is true or not.

Therefore, my BET is on us getting the ex-Bristol ones.

My money would be on Leicester getting the ones from Bristol mentioned above by Reece, which in turn will free up the ones already at Leicester to move to Worcester.

Interestingly, there is a photo of an apparently new StreetDeck - 35100, on Flickr (it's in the previous livery however) - - According to someone on railforums.co.uk, it has experimental or trial features, and is to be tried by several depots, starting with Leicester ! :D At one point shortly after...

I would be surprised if the 4 StreetDecks move to Leicester. Since we had ours, Leicester have received an additional batch of 25 examples and they hate them!

It's all about emissions. As mentioned elsewhere on this forum, Birmingham is clamping down on emissions in the City and it wont be long before the Enviro300s are banned as they only have Euro4 (I think) engines. I'm told the Enviro300s can be modified to meet the forthcoming standards, but remember...
