The Volvos were used in an event at Millbrook vehicle testing centre, unfortunately I don’t know where that is, and we’re due to return to Worcester before being transferred to I assume will be Bristol.

Not exactly local! Bedfordshire.

I’ve not been to a Midland Red event for a while and I liked the sound of this one, but alas I have other commitments on that day.

What about drivers? I hear Worcester are using agency drivers again.

Other than Oldbury depot when the trams ended, Midland Red didn't really allocate buses in fleet number sequence, so I would imagine you are correct.

I can't see any Midland Red connection with this post, but it may still be of interest to some. Last week was Imberbus 2024 and my employer, Stagecoach West, had an involvement for the first time. The event has traditionally been run with Routemasters, but modern buses are also on site to provide DD...
