Re: 101 HHA101L

Thanks for the info shadow.I was a bit skeptical about it being recent hence the forensic examination of the video.Hopefully it'll be fully restored and back on the road one day.

Re: Diesel locos at Shrub Hill

Thanks for posting these photos. By total chance I saw the 37 and 68 etc pass through New Street on Tuesday , I thought it unusual to see some rail fans on the platforms. :? And yesterday I saw both 37425 and 37219 pass through Bromsgrove. With the 'breeze' coming from a northerly direction ,the so...

Re: 101 HHA101L

Re: The 153 !

Saw the 0605 this morning coming off the Wastelands Estate onto Berry Hill there were zero passengers aboard. Think there is a small demand for it but some of the times don't make sense :?: If you work 6am-2pm then how do yet get back do you wait five hours for the bus or get the train back to Worce...

Re: National express

I've seen both single and double deckers on the three working's that I have seen today. Passenger numbers looked encouraging and a number of people were genuinely surprised when they realised that you could catch a bus from Bromsgrove to the "QE". We very rarely get a 'free weekly paper' ...

Am hoping to use it for the first time next week as meeting some friends in Brum one evening.
Well the ongoing strike scuppered that plan  Had to let the train take the strain instead.

Re: National express

Good news indeed and yes creeping closer to City Centre ;)
Am hoping to use it for the first time next week as meeting some friends in Brum one evening.Hopefully the temporary lights in Catshill will be gone by then as they are causing long delays at the moment
