Fear not, the bus is in safe hands. The Trust / Museum have let Chris Hatton acquire the vehicle for ongoing preservation and work is currently progressing well (not only was the engine seized but the floor was well rotten!) Given Chris's previous track record it will be well looked after. Correct....

Yes, definately BHA 1's chassis. Note many "standard" components of the time are used - SON radiator (complete with unneeded starting handle hole); complete SON front axle, steering column, and pedals (as far as can be seen). Rear axle looks like a double deck one, but mounted such that th...
