Important Notice

On 16th June 2016 the servers that host the MidlandRed.net website were upgraded and no longer support older 32-bit applications. The result was that many parts of the website stopped working, including the vehicle database, timetables and the log-in section of the forum. While I wrote the vehicle database and timetable sections myself and have been able to upgrade them to 64-bit, the forum was written by a third-party company that stopped trading in 2008 and is therefore no longer supported.

Members are no longer able to log on to the forum, and as you need to be a member to post, download attachments and access the private members area, all these areas of the forum are now regrettably beyond reach.

A New Forum has now gone live, but members will need to register a new account to use it.

No work has been done on the vehicle since it left Kidderminster.  When the New road depot at Kidderminster closed, it moved to Worcester depot, and has been there ever since.

Before storage at Worcester and Kidderminster the vehicles kept at Redditch Garage. For many years in the section of the former Church Road Garage known as the Drill Hall which was originally used as a Drill Hall! Midland Red used as a second entrance into the Garage. When Midland Red put the new inspection pits in 1978 it was used as a store where 3750 was kept. Midland Red West also used the building as a make shift paint shop as a number of the minibuses that had all over adverts were painted in there. On demolition when the land was sold as a car park 3750 moved down to the bus park and was stored outside with the Worcester Bus Groups two vehicles for a time before moving to Kidderminster.

As I remember 3750 moved to Evesham after Redditch, as it was parked there when I first visited the garage c.1995/6.
